The story behind the name

Armida Rose Realty Group was born in the heart of New York’s Capital District and founded in 2003 by Principal Broker, Franca DiCrescenzo.

Dedicating the company name, Armida Rose in memory of her two grandmothers and a tribute to the values they instilled in their families. They were the matriarchs who, with her family, taught her the true significance of what it means to have family roots and traditions carried on from generation to generation. She learned from them how they participated and contributed within the community and the many endeavors they were involved in moving forward. She also observed how their home became a symbol and reflection of their values. During those days, home was a commonplace to entertain and plan gatherings with family, friends and the business community. One of the most important lessons was the understanding and significance of the forever memories and experiences created in their homes.
